I Corinthians 10:13 says, "There hath no temptation taken you but such as is common to man: but God is faithful, who will not suffer you to be tempted above that ye are able; but will with the temptation also make a way to escape, that ye may be able to bear it."
Recently my friend, Allison, was involved in a car accident. She faces many physical struggles and does so with a cheerful heart. She is a joy and encouragement to all of us.
As a result of the car accident, Allison is experiencing some added physical problems. Chiropractic care helps to control her pain levels, and physical therapy helps her with her muscles.
Today she had the following update on her Caring Bridge site -
"When we got the estimate for the damage on the van today, we were informed that our van may be totaled. Please pray that things can be worked out and we will be able to keep our van! We have to have the van for my wheelchair and me to be able to go anywhere! I don't feel like being stuck at home and I can't get in and out of a regular car! We don't think all 8 of us will fit in a car anyway! =) I'm so glad that I know God promises not to give us more than we can bear!"
Please pray as it would be very difficult for Allison not to be able to have her chiropractic treatments or her physical therapy.
She did have some good news, however. And here is what she is expressing thanks to the Lord for - "On a happier note ~ I'm now able to turn my head a tad better and also looking down is a little easier! PRAISE THE LORD! I'm still in a lot of pain and can't look up at all but at least I'm improving!!! Thank you for your prayers!"

Also, please be in prayer for my cousin's wife Linda as she started chemotherapy today.
