This first plant is one of my "not so favorites." You know the old saying, "Leaves of three, let it be." However, instead of letting it be, it looks like it is time to mix up some of my "natural" weed killer. This is a pretty healthy looking crop of poison ivy.
We also have muscadine vines that grow wild, winding their way up some of the trees in the backyard. The muscadine grapes that grow on them are a bit smaller than the ones you might see in the farmer's market. I assume they are good eating anyway. Neither of us like muscadines, so we just let the birds and critters have them.
This bush also grows near the woods in the backyard. It's tiny white flowers smell so good! I think it is jasmine.
