Only about 27 degrees on the morning of December 10th. It was partly cloudy so not as cold. Thank God for that blessing.
The Lord blessed our time out on the 9th, and in the afternoon a friend came over with one of her sons and also her mom.
The rest of our supplements came, and I was able to get going more correctly on the new supplement regimen. I pray God has His will in this.
On Wednesday the 8th was the appointment with the rheumatologist. He is very nice though he did not have a lot of help to offer at this time. He believes the pain is coming more directly from my nerves rather than from my joints and muscles. That would explain why some things I was taking and the topical pain relieving gels I was using weren't helping much. He wanted me to take a certain medication, but it has corn starch in it for a filler, so that is not an option at the moment. I did order some alpha lipoic acid which is supposed to help with nerve pain and neuropathy. I am praying that it will work.
We got up quite early that day, and there was a good frost on Christy's car. It left lovely patterns on the window. With the bouncing of the car it was hard to get a picture of these patterns, but here is one that came out OK.
Later in the day was another trip to Charlotte to the chiropractor. It was a pretty day but was already getting dark on our way home. There were delicate colors in the western sky on our way back.
Also enjoyed watching the planes coming in to land at the Charlotte airport.
All in all it was a good day. Thank You, Lord!
