The tasks of December 11 were difficult, so I prayed for the Lord's help, and He answered. "If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God, that giveth to all men liberally, and upbraideth not; and it shall be given him." (James 1:5)
Was able to cook supper, rice, cookies, cookie bread, and broccoli. Did burn the dried apples though.
The Lord encouraged me through the study of His word and through listening to His word on a Bible audio DVD. Also we enjoyed a good sermon on the Conference Pulpit on BBN.
The Lord helped in getting a very important computer project done.
The busyness of life can get overwhelming, but it is encouraging to stop and count our blessings and thank the Lord for His help. It is His work, and He will enable us to do all that He wants us to do.
"For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them." (Ephesians 2:10)
We also had our first little snow on December 12th. Thank You, Jesus!
